Robert Pattinson is Unstoppable Vengeance in Brand New ‘The Batman’ Trailer! [Video]

Fresh out of DC FanDome this afternoon, a brand new trailer for director Matt Reeves‘ The Batman has taken flight, one year after we got the first footage out of last year’s event.

The Batman will release in theaters on March 4, 2022, and you can check out today’s fresh new trailer below. It’s loaded with new footage of Robert Pattinson‘s Batman kicking ass and taking names, joining forces with Zoe Kravitz‘s Catwoman and defending Gotham City from a handful of threats including Paul Dano‘s Riddler, and Colin Farrell‘s Penguin.

Watch the trailer below and experience it in 4K right here!

The film has faced both production stoppages and release date delays due to the ongoing pandemic, and had been originally scheduled to be released on June 25th, 2021.

Robert Pattinson is of course playing Batman/Bruce Wayne for this particular take on the character, with Paul Dano as Riddler, Jeffrey Wright as Commissioner Gordon, Zoe Kravitz as Selina Kyle/Catwoman, Andy Serkis as Alfred Pennyworth, Colin Farrell as Penguin, and John Turturro as Carmine Falcone. Jayme Lawson and Peter Sarsgaard will also star.
