[Trailer] The Court of Owls Are in ‘Gotham Knights’, New Behind-The-Scenes Video Released

Warner Bros are really is giving up the goods today. Not only has the new Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League received a new trailer, along with Michael Keaton‘s Batman being teased in The Flash, the upcoming Gotham Knights video game also has a new trailer and behind-the-scenes video.

Gotham Knights takes place after the apparent death of Batman, and the four members of the Bat Family are taking up his cause to clean up Gotham’s underworld, which just so happens to include the much-rumoured Court of Owls, a secret society made up of Gotham City’s wealthiest families.

A familiar face also turns up in the trailer with Oswald Cobblepot, aka The Penguin. Cobblepot seems to know important details regarding The Court of Owls, and the threat it poses to Gotham.

As for the behind-the-scenes featurette, artist and DC CCO Jim Lee is joined by Scott Snyder (Writer & Co-Creator of “The Court of Owls”), Greg Capullo (Artist & Co-Creator of “The Court of Owls”), Patrick Redding (Gotham Knights Creative Director, WB Games Montreal) and Ann Lemay (Gotham Knights Narrative Director, WB Games Montreal), who all expand on the Courts of Owls origins, lore and inspiration for bringing the foe to Gotham Knights.

Gotham Knights is due out for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series, Xbox One and PC via Steam in 2022.
