Bodycam Horror Meets Psychological Horror in ‘Haunted Memories: The Return’ [Trailer]

Much like N4bA’s Deppart, MegaPixel Studio and Mechano Games are running with the concept of bodycam horror. They’ve announced Haunted Memories: The Return, a psychological horror title that’s currently in development for release on Steam.

The story for Haunted Memories: The Return is a cryptic one: you awaken cold and damp, thanks to the heavy rain and wind. The thick, heavy fog around you seems to become even more impenetrable with each passing moment. You eventually notice a large wooden board with the words “WELCOME TO GREEN PARK” on it. You enter the nearby house, though your respite is brief, as you soon find yourself trapped in the house with someone – or something – watching you.

In order to piece together what went on in Green Park, and how you’ll escape, you must collect files, voice recordings, videotapes, and photographs. You’ll also make use of the UV light filter to reveal information that’s seemingly invisible to the naked eye. However, the mysterious presence of Green Park will fiercely defend its secrets. You may come across clues everywhere. Piece together the clues carefully, because your decisions will impact the game world’s future appearance.

Above all, don’t get caught by the presence that lurks in Green Park.
