Beginning today, Scary Movie – Extended Cut is available to buy or rent on Digital from Paramount Home Entertainment, bringing fans an unrated version packed with new scenes, extra jokes, and even more outrageous moments that didn’t make the theatrical cut.
To celebrate the release, Paramount has debuted a brand-new clip that takes aim at Netflix’s global phenomenon Squid Game, continuing the franchise’s long tradition of parodying pop culture’s biggest hits.
“The Extended Cut throws more laughs, more madness, and all-new scenes for a franchise that has never met a line it wouldn’t cross,” hypes the press release. “Twenty-six years after the original massacre, Cindy, Brenda, Shorty, and Ray get dragged back into the chaos by a brand-new masked killer who clearly never learned when to quit. Marlon Wayans, Shawn Wayans, Anna Faris, and Regina Hall reunite, alongside returning favorites, for an outrageous return to the franchise’s original roots, where every target is fair game.
