Apple made headlines last October when they announced that the “Peanuts” special It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown would be exclusively available on the streaming service Apple TV+, making it the first time in decades that the special wouldn’t air on traditional television for Halloween. Now, 55 years later, the “Peanuts” are once again going trick or treating.
Apple TV+ made a big Super Bowl push that included “The Snoopy Show”, a brand new series based upon the “Peanuts” comic strip by Charles M. Schulz that stars the internationally beloved beagle and his feathered best friend Woodstock as they tackle all-new adventures.
Already available on Apple TV+, a quick look at the series page reveals that the third episode will once again celebrate Halloweentime!
In “The Curse of a Fuzzy Face”, Snoopy goes to a scary movie with Woodstock, advises Charlie Brown on his Halloween costume, and also gives tricks to kids instead of treats!
